|
a) Material and hardness
specifications will be in accordance with the specifications stated by
the customer. b) DIN 1683 GTB 18 is the most precise for dimensional controls. |
| Inspection Of Materials: |
|
a) It is accepted that the
customer or its representative inspection Co. has the right to make
tests and inspection on the quality of the supplied Grinding Media
during manufacturing and or after supply b) Entry to our factory for testing will be facilitated. |
|
Documents
Of Grindings Media and Tests. Chemical composition, Hardness, Visual test measurement, Weight and Tolerance reports will be provided during supplying. |
| Packing Of Grindings Media. |
|
Grinding balls will be
packed in steel barrels as follows:
|
|
Guarentee:
a) Wear resistance is guaranteed for 40 gr/ton for Portland cement production at 3200 blaine with mills working under normal conditions. Wear resistance is guaranteed for 25 gr/ton for raw meal production with raw mills working under normal conditions b) Breakage Ratio : 0-3 % : No claim 3-10 % : Free Replacement of the quantity of the broken balls. More than 10 % : Free replacement of the balls in which size the breakage occurred. |
|
Geometric
Form: The
balls have unified roundness. Maximum difference in diameter is as
follows. |
